Diagnosis
A ZK01 notification with the same identification number (Zusy ID) already exists in the system for the personnel number.
A ZK01 query should be uniquely identifiable via the Zusy ID. However, in some cases it may occur that queries with the same Zusy ID are submitted repeatedly or one Zusy ID is used for different queries.
System Response
If multiple ZK01 notifications with the same Zusy ID are assigned to one person, the report program Creation of ZfA Notifications KZ01 (RPCZFAD0_KZ01) responds to the notifications in the order in which they were created.
Since multiple notifications with the same Zusy ID cannot be answered in a single program run of the program RPCZFAD0_KZ01, several program runs are required in which the outstanding notifications are answered one after the other.
