Diagnosis
During the program run, a ZK01 notification was already imported with the same identification number (Zusy ID) for the personnel number.
A ZK01 query should be uniquely identifiable via the Zusy ID. However, in some cases it may occur that queries with the same Zusy ID are submitted repeatedly or one Zusy ID is used for different queries.
System Response
Since multiple notifications with the same Zusy ID cannot be processed in a single program run of the program Processing of All Notifications in Inbound Directory (RPCZFAD0_INBOUND), only one notification is processed now and saved in the system. The files with notifications that are not yet processed remain in the inbound directory and can be imported in additional program runs.
Procedure
To process files remaining in the inbound directory, you restart the program RPCZFAD0_INBOUND.
