Diagnosis
The child in question in the ZK01 inquiry cannot be found in the employee data. The system searched in all records for infotype 0021, subtype 2, with the first name and date of birth of the child from the inquiry.
System Response
The child is assigned feature 3 ('Child Unknown') in the KZ01 response.
Procedure
Check the master data for the employee in question.
