Infotype 0745 cannot be updated due to lock (bonus number &)

Diagnosis
Infotype 0745 (ZfA Notifications in Public Sector) cannot be updated because the personnel number is locked.
System Response
Infotype 0745 is not updated with the new bonus number communicated.
Procedure
Unlock the personnel number.
You can repeat the infotype 0745 (ZfA Notifications in Public Sector) update after the ZB01 notification is imported using report RPUZFAD0 (for maintaining ZfA notifications).
If you cannot correct the error, transfer the communicated bonus number manually to infotype 0745 (ZfA Notifications in Public Sector).
