Diagnosis
No bonus number or PI number was found # neither in infotype 0745 (ZfA Notifications in Public Sector) nor in infotype 0013 (Social Insurance). This, however, is a prerequisite to creating the BZ01 notification.
System Response
The BZ01 notification is not created.
Procedure
Check whether you need to submit a request to have the bonus number issued in a BZ02 notification.
