XML file & could not be fully processed

Diagnosis
The specified file could not be fully processed because one or more notifications in the file could not be processed successfully. An example of when a notification cannot be processed would be if an original notification could not be identified for a return notification.
System Response
The file remains in the inbound directory.
Procedure
Check each of the messages to determine why specific notifications could not be processed. Once you have resolved the cause of the error, you can import the file again. Any notifications that were previously processed are ignored.
