Special rule only permitted for children for whom child allowance is paid

Diagnosis
The SAP system only evaluates the Special Rule field if you have selected Child in the Entitlement field.
System Response
Procedure
If child allowance is paid for the child and you have inadvertently entered a different value in the Entitlement field, correct your entries accordingly.
However, if child allowance is not paid for the child, the Special Rule and Amount fields must remain empty. Delete the relevant entries and continue.
