Diagnosis
You try to save a notification supplement without specifying an additional notification reason.
System Response
The system does not save the notification supplement.
Procedure
Enter a notification reason in at least one of the following fields: 'Reason for Chng to Amt of Rem.', 'Sick Leave From', 'Other Reasons' or 'Other Changes'.
If you have already mistakenly created a record with a notification reason, but none of the aforementioned notification reasons apply, delete the record.
