You must specify the assessment basis for quarterly income

Diagnosis
You have recorded a payment that is relevant for the allowed
quarterly earnings. However, you have not made an entry in the field Assess. base for quart. earnings.
The following payments are relevant for the allowed quarterly earnings:
- Voluntary severance pay
- Pension severance pay
- Leave compensation or holiday pay
These payments are taxed according to par 67 (6) of the Income Tax Law [EStG]. The assessment base for the quarterly earnings is necessary for this type of taxation.
System Response
The system cannot save the infotype record.
Procedure
Enter the assessment base for the employee in the field Assess. base for quart. earn. or delete your entries in the fields relevant for the allowed quarterly earnings.
