Diagnosis

The system saved the following personnel actions:
Start date , End date , Personnel action , Employment status .

In the most recent, valid personnel action in Actions infotype (0000), the employee has an employment status other than Left company or Inactive.

In order to record data in Specification When Leaving A infotype (0527) for a particular employee, you must have carried out the action Leaving (or the action for an inactive employment relationship).

System Response

The system cannot record any data in Specification When Leaving A infotype 0527.

Procedure

  • Case 1
    You want to record data in Specification When Leaving A infotype 0527. However, you have not carried out the action Leaving.
    Carry out the personnel action Leaving and save the record for Actions infotype (0000). Afterwards you can record data in Specification When Leaving A infotype 0527.
  • Case 2
    You want to to change or record leaving data relevant to pay for an employee who has reentered your company. You want the system to calculate the pay retroactively:
    Change the data record you created at the time of leaving for Specification When Leaving A infotype 0527 or change the equivalent wage types in Additional Payments infotype 0015.
  • Case 3
    You have already carried out the personnel action Leaving and then completed a second action. The employee now has an employment status other than Left company or inactive.
    Delete the personnel actions you had already carried out, record the data in Specification When Leaving A infotype 0527. Then carry out the deleted actions once again.
