You have stored an employer tax number in table T5A2L (Additional Information for the Annual Data Carrier L16) for which no entry exists in table T5A0A (Employer Assignment Unit for Administrations).
Procedure
Only maintain employer tax numbers in table T5A2L that also exist in table T5A0A.
