You want to create the annual data carrier for the L16. However, you have not specified a personnel action/reason for personnel action "Leaving" for the employees who have possibly died.
You must enter this personnel action because the report supplies the Date of death field of the data carrier with the date that results from this personnel action.
Procedure
In the parameter, specify Leaving due to death as the personnel action/ reason for the personnel action.
