Diagnosis
Social Insurance A infotype (0044) has not been created for the employee. Therefore, data required to create a ELDA record is missing.
System Response
No ELDA record can be created.
You can, however, save the infotype.
Procedure
Save the infotype.
Save the employee's social insurance data in Social Insurance A infotype (0044).
Then, generate an ELDA record from the previously created record for SI Notification Supplements A infotype (0367).
