Diagnosis
The combination Primary Insurance Cover Code from infotype 0409 and Statutory SI Contribution Indicator for ZW / WW / WAO / ZFW from infotype 0059 is invalid.
The valid combinations differ per executive authority and are maintained by SAP in in the system table T5N5H.

Check whether the Statutory SI Contribution (infotype 0059) or the Primary Insurance Cover Code (infotype 0409) has been filled correcty.
