Anonymity tax must not be changed retroactively

Diagnosis

Regarding the anonymity tax in the wage tax, identifying the employee during the course of the year will have no effect on the wage tax rate (52%) already applied to previous payments. In principle, this field can therefore not be changed retroactively.

Regarding national employee insurance contributions, it is possible to alter the tax-free allowance and maximisation retroactively. However, the Special Employee Groups code cannot. The calculations used according to the Basic Method for Calculating Growth always ensures that, in the current payroll period, it is automatically adjusted for the entire year.
