Diagnosis
You have left one of the fields Payroll Type and Payroll Date empty. This makes it impossible for the system to decide which payroll period should be used.
You must fill out both sets of information for a special payroll run, otherwise it is not possible to identify the payroll period correctly.
System Response
Entry is interrupted to enable you to fill out the missing information.
