System could not hadle the type of the postal code of the Rep.Office.

Procedure

Maintain the postal code of the branch office via IMG.

This report can accept following type of postal codes;

1. 3 digits postal code without hyphen.
2. 5 digits postal code without hyphen.
3. 7 digits postal code without hyphen.
4. 6 digits postal code with a hyphen at the 4th digit.
5. 8 digits postal code with a hyphen at the 4th digit.
