Tanjikan related insurance deductions are not valid

Diagnosis
As of October 1, 2007, the following types of insurance deductions related with short-time working are not in use:
- 3 Tanjikan
- 4 Tanjikan(Menjo)
- B Tanjikan(Kounenreizoku)
If the start date of a record is later than October 1, 2007 inclusively, you cannot fill out the Insurance deduction field with the options listed above.
