GCERTS job exists that does not have a status of Finished

Diagnosis

A job session has previously been created by the group certificates program that has not been successfully completed. For example, a job session called GCERTS exists that does not have a status of Finished.

System Response

Duplicate Payment Summary infotype (0626) records will be created for any employee who is processed in both the incompleted and newly created job sessions.

Procedure

Wait until the incompleted job session has been completed with a status of Finished before running the group certificate program, or investigate the incompleted job for errors.

Alternatively, the above scenario will not arise if the employees selected for the group certificate program do not exist within the incompleted job session.
