Diagnosis
Error reading the sub-feature 13GCR.
Procedure
Check the sub-feature. This sub-feature (13GCR) will return the form name from SAPscript that contains the layout set for group certificates as well as the printer name that group certificates are to be printed on and the printer name the allowance listing is to print on. Ensure correct printers and SAPscript forms are set for the financial year run.
