The selected employee does not have enough seniority for entitlement to profit sharing in relation to his/her period of presence during the
- fiscal year: days, but days are needed;
- his/her seniority in the company: days, but days are needed.
System Response
The system does not include the relevant employee in the list of profit sharing beneficiaries. In the list of results, the employee is shown with a red traffic light.
