"Departement" code &1 must be equal to &2.

Diagnosis
For employees born in either Algeria, Morocco or Tunisia prior to 1964, the following may be used as "departement" codes:
- 91, 92, 93 or 94 for Algeria;
- 95 for Morocco;
- and 96 for Tunisia.
The "departement" code must be 99 in all other cases.
System Response
The system displays a warning message.
Procedure
Check the social security number and the "departement" of birth entry in the Identity (0002) infotype.
