Diagnosis

Any change to the claim in the payroll history may cause incoherences between the infotype and payroll results.
A claim can only actually be changed with a court order - withdrawal after reimbursement - or on agreement by the creditors.

System Response

This message is a warning message.

Procedure

• You can close the claim by delimiting it in time.
• You can copy the claim and enter a new start date. In this case, the system creates a new record with the same internal number and delimits the original record so that the two records do not overlap.
