Diagnosis
The program cannot read the order number of the statement within the HR_FR_AAS value interval.
System Response
The program switches to mode 'Test' and replaces the order number with the term 'FACSIMILE'.
Procedure
Create the HR_FR_AAS value interval with the corresponding group, numbered 1, so that the processing can be performed.
