Diagnosis
An initial statement (AEM) has already been produced for the work contract for the period from to .
System Response
The system displays an error message and interrupts the processing.
Procedure
To issue a new statement (AEM) for a given period, delete the initial statement number stored in the infotype Contract elements(P0016-CTNUM). The system automatically attributes a new statement number during the issuing of the new statement.
Note:
Do not forget to reissue any additional or corrected statements that correspond to this work contract given that the initial statement number appears in it.
