Diagnosis
The company you have entered for the specified group has not been assigned to that group and therefore cannot be the head office of the group.
System Response
Error message.
Procedure
Use the F4 help to view the companies assigned to the group and select one of them.
If you want to assign specifically that company to the company group/grouping, execute the IMG activity 'Assign head office and center to company group/grouping'.
