The value 0 was calculated as the bonus total. This is possibly due to an operating error. The following could have caused the error:
- Wrong claim year
- The calculation help fields income or basic exemption contain an incorrect value
- The exemption amount field in the child allowance D infotype (0118) has not been maintained.
