Maintain the employer from the other legal area

Diagnosis

You entered an income threshold deficit for disruptive events for a legal area that differs from the current employer's legal area (from infotype 0001) on the key date. However, you did not enter a personnel (sub)area in the "Employer Assignment" field.

System Response

In a disruptive event, the value credit that is used to calculate contributions for the income threshold deficit for disruptive events of the other legal area must be reported under a company number from that legal area. To do so, you have to enter an appropriate personnel (sub)area in infotype 0123.

Procedure

Enter a personnel (sub)area under "Employer Assignment" that has the same legal area as the specified income threshold deficit for disruptive events.
