List of checks:
DBAN180: The same special characters or blanks may not appear multiple, consecutive times.
- DBAN181: Three or more identical, consecutive letters at the start of the address affix are not allowed.
- DBAN185: The first place must be a letter or digit.
- DBAN186: A sequence of digits that starts in the first place must be followed by a letter, a period, a space, or a hyphen.
- DBAN188: A letter or digit must appear before a digit.
