Diagnosis
The entry 'pensioner/applicant' is validated with the SI contribution group key. For example, you cannot mark the pensioner/applicant field with AR (worker retirement pension) if the entry in the pension insurance contribution group key is a 2 (=salaried employee).
Procedure
Use an admissable value for 'pensioner/applicant'.
