Data is missing to carry out the SI assessment. The following specifications must be present:
- The health insurance fund responsible for carrying out the lost earnings compensation procedure.
- Assessment percentage rate to determime the assessment amounts for employer's expenses compensation, due to continued sick pay for workers and trainees (U1).
- Assessment percentage rate to determime the assessment amounts for employer's expenses compensation, due to maternity protection (U2).
