Contribution calculation from share with non-unique assessment basis

Diagnosis
You want to calculate the contribution of the module as a proportion. However, the entries you made to not show a clear reference of the proportion to a base. When you enter a proportion, you have to enter one of the Base Wage Type or Basis Module fields.
Procedure
Correct your entries in the "Contribution Calculation" block.
