Diagnosis
You want to calculate the contribution of the module as a proportion. The information you entered is missing the reference of the proportion to a basis. When you enter a proportion, you have to enter one of the Base Wage Type or Basis Module fields.
Procedure
Correct your entries in the "Contribution Calculation" block.
