Diagnosis
The DEUEV notification was marked as Certified by the statement report.
However, no statement was created for this notification because it did not contain any data relevant for the employee.
System Response
This situation can occur in the following case:
- Certification of a DEUEV notification that was created only due to a change in the data for the accident insurance (data module DBUV)
The system suppresses the certification of such a notification because the accident insurance data is not relevant for the employee. The Certified status is still set by the report so that it is clearly recognizable in the administrator list that the notification was already selected and processed by the statement report.
- SHI Monthly Declaration (Submission Reason 58)
SHI monthly declarations contain only data for the health insurance fund that is required for performing the social insurance adjustment or for confirming contribution calculation parameters to the employer. Therefore no statement is created for the employee for these declarations.
