Diagnosis

No hazard pay area or WCA gross amount could be determined for the DBUV data module (accident insurance) for the period of the notification.

System Response

The notification is created in status With Errors.

Procedure

There are two ways to assign an employee to a hazard pay area:

  • Assign a hazard pay area to the personnel area, using subapplication BG02 (hazard pay area for workers' compensation association) in view V_T596M
  • Create a Workers' Compensation Association infotype (0029) for the employee.

The data is read from the payroll results. Accordingly, retroactive accounting to the start date of the notification period is required.
