Diagnosis

Data module DBME contains incorrect data.

The DEUEV check with error number returned an error.

List of checks:

  • DBME017: Notifications for periods before 01/01/1999 (launch of DEUEV) are not allowed
  • DBME038: Period start date of notification lies too far in the future

    The start date for notifications must be earlier than the end of the month of the creation date plus two calendar months.

  • DBME040: Period start date of notification lies too far in the future

    The start date for remuneration notifications must be earlier than the end of the month of the creation date plus one calendar month.

  • DBME060: Period end date is later than creation date of the notification (for deregistration reason 49 due to death)
  • DBME092: ENTGELT does not contain a basic setting, which is not permitted

    For remuneration notifications for

    • Person Group 110 (short-term employees)
    • Person Group 190 (persons who are liable only for AI)

      you cannot report remuneration liable for SI in data module DBME.

  • DBME096: Remuneration exceeds income threshold

    The remuneration reported in the notification is greater than the proportional PI assessment threshold for the notification period.

  • DBME105: Remuneration exceeds maximum value (part-time employees)

    A notification for part-time employees contains more remuneration in the notification period than is allowed for this employee subgroup.

  • DBME106: PI keys 2, 4, 6 not valid from 01/01/2005

    A notification was created for periods as of January 1, 2005 with an invalid PI key (2, 4, or 6).

  • DBME115: PI key 5 or 6, but employee group key is not 109

    PI keys 5 and 6 are only allowed for employee group 109 (part-time employees).

System Response

The notification is created with the status With Errors.
