Initial value of data module DBNA not saved

Diagnosis
The report could not save the initial value for data module DBNA (name).
The initial value only needs to be saved if DEUEV notifications must be created for employees for whom notifications have not been effected using data module DBNA (not even in the current run).
System Response
The error does not have any immediate consequences, but could reoccur. Furthermore, it could prevent changes of name from being recognized correctly.
Procedure
If the error occurs frequently, use the SAP Hotline.
