A DEUEV notification was created with value A (legacy message) in indicator Transition (KENNZUE). This means it is a notification with a notification period before January 1, 1999.
It is no longer possible to submit such notifications in the automated notification procedure.
System Response
The DEUEV notification is created in status "With Errors".
Procedure
Report the occurrence manually and flag the incorrect DEUEV notification as "Reported Manually".
