Diagnosis

You want to send a DEUEV notification for the health insurance fund with company number . However, no receiving office can be determined for company number .

System Response

The DEUEV notification is created with the status With Errors and cannot be sent.

Procedure

The company number file for the health insurance funds in the system (table T5D4T, view V_T5D4T) is probably outdated. You can run report RPUSVDD0 (Import Company Number File) to update the company number file.

Then restart the DEUEV notification creation. If the error is resolved, the DEUEV notification is created with the status New.
