What To Do

1. Check your entry.
2. Enter a valid exemption reason from the possible entries.
3. If you want to create a new exemption reason, see the instructions below.

Procedure for System Administrator

1. Choose 'Maintain entries'.
2. Enter your project IMG number or choose 'Without Project'.
3. In 'Maintain Exemption Reasons for Social Insurance', enter the social insurance type.
   Choose 'Copy' to copy an existing exemption structure.
4. Enter the relevant data for the new exemption reason.
