Procedure
You must indicate a 'creator' for the PAYE tax reference number. To do so, see in the IMG: Payroll South Africa -> Annual IRP5/IT3(a) electronic tax certificate processing -> PAYE tax reference information -> Maintain addresses and Maintain PAYE tax reference information.
