Diagnosis
In the customizing settings, the budget that you are currently editing is defined as a monetary budget. You cannot enter a budget quantity for a monetary budget (parameter _AMNT in customer exit program code).

Modify your program so that the parameter _AMNT remains unchanged with regards it's original value.
