Diagnosis
The 'matrix' field in table T71EO with key is checked. Enter the name of an existing guideline matrix. (This was not possible in the previous system, but matrices can now be stored in the current system.)
System Response
The system converts the relevant entry and leaves the 'guideline matrix' field blank.
