Diagnosis
The employee's organizational assignment could not be determined on the date specified.
System Response
If the employee does not have a valid Organizational Assignment record, he/she cannot be processed.
Procedure
Check to see whether the employee should have a valid Organizational Assignment record on the date specified and make the necessary changes to the HR master data record.
