Diagnosis
The employee does not have a tax code in their cluster results. The tax code is required for reporting purposes on the Employer Monthly Schedule.
System Response
The employee was rejected.
Procedure
Check that the employee has a valid tax code in the Tax New Zealand infotype (0313) before running payroll.
