Diagnosis
The entry TXLOW could not be found in the Payroll Constants table (T511K).
This constant defines the low tax rate and is used for comparison purposes whilst processing employees for the Employee Monthly Schedule. The value of this constant is used to determine if the Extra lump sum payment taxed at low rate flag should be checked off for the employee being processed.
System Response
The employee was rejected.
Procedure
Maintain the TXLOW constant in the Payroll Constants table (T511K) and assign it the low tax rate.
