Diagnosis
Feature 43EMS (hiring and leaving action types for the Employer Monthly Schedule) has not been configured or generated.
This feature is used to specify the hiring and leaving (termination) action types currently being used in the system. These action types are used to determine whether an employee's start and/or finish date should be recorded on the Employer Monthly Schedule.
System Response
The employee was rejected.
Procedure
Configure feature 43EMS to use your hiring and leaving (termination) action types and then generate the feature.
