Diagnosis
You entered a company contribution percentage although a default contribution factor has been defined in Customizing for Payroll New Zealand under Superannuation -> Superannuation Funds -> Define Superannuation Fund Details.
You have not entered an employee contribution percentage or amount on which the default company contribution factor can be based.
System Response
The company contribution percentage you entered manually will override the default factor.
Procedure
Check and, if necessary, enter an employee contribution percentage or amount and delete the company contribution percentage.
