Diagnosis
For determination of the date of the next increase, all pay scale information must be entered in the basic pay, otherwise this date cannot be determined.
System Response
Procedure
Make sure that the fields Pay Scale Type, Pay Scale Area, Pay Scale Group and Pay Scale Level exist in the employee's basic pay. A pay scale grouping must also be assigned to the employee group and employee subgroup (organizational assignment) (table T503).
