In the check on the next increase date, the system found that no increase is to take place for this employee within a period of eight years.
The reason for this could be unpaid absence, for example. This type of absence means that the employee's employment period does not change and an increase therefore does not take place.
System Response
When a data record in infotype Basic Pay (0008) is called, the system checks when the employee's next increase is to take place. In this process it takes account of a period of eight years.
